SHIPPING COST

The online store Magic Dolls Boutique is partner with DPD, ASC and Speedex couriers for the territory of Greece and Romania. For the territory of Bulgaria purchase deliveries are carried out with the transport companies Speedy and Econt. For Poland DHL, for Hungary Sprinter, for Croatia DPD, for Czech Republic DPD, for Slovakia DPD, for Slovenia DPD. For the rest of the world, shipment is performed with the help of the Postal Service.

For orders above 100 EUR shipping is free. For orders up to 100 EUR shipping cost is 5 to 10 EUR depending on the weight and volume of the order. Delivery within Greece, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia takes 4 to 7 business days depending on the selected courier company. Within 3 working days for territory of Bulgaria. For the rest of the world shipment takes place within 5 to 10 business days.

         You can cancel your order in the following cases:

1. b) Upon receipt of the product – You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days.

The purchase price will be sent to your bank account within 14 business days of receiving the product. Probable currency exchange losses will not be refunded.

WITHDRAWL AND REPLACEMENT

          Withdrawal is the right under which the customer has 14 calendar days to return the product he has purchased, for any reason, even unreasonably, and to request replacement or refund. This deadline applies to all Member States of the European Union.

For all Magic Dolls Boutique products (clothing, footwear, accessories) the withdrawal or replacement of each order is made within 14 calendar days of the day you received the products. Return courier costs are borne by you.

Prerequisites for exercising the right of withdrawal and replacement are: No use of the product (not washed, discolored, etc.), no labels or markings (e.g. stickers, brand markings, etc.) have been removed on the products. Its condition is excellent, as it was received, without damage, without any defects, complete and in its package, containing receipt. Returns for hygiene related products (e.g. swimwear, underwear, socks, etc.) are not accepted.

Our company will do its best to substitute the product you are returning to us either because the size is not right for you, or because the color is not to your liking, or because you want another product.

The Company has the right either to refund in case of withdrawal or to replace the products in case of replacement after receiving and checking their status. All products returned to our Company are subject to thorough quality control.

If you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company.
